On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

You will work directly with the founder of DesignX, who has over 20+ years of award-winning experience across a multitude of design categories. You also have the option to choose from our vetted team of top 1%, USA-based, designers. Some power-ups requests such as animations or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.

Most requests are designed using Figma although we are always adding efficiencies via AI tools and processes to keep overhead low internally to keep costs low for you.

The majority of projects start with a planning and kickoff to understand your unique needs. This plan is translated into milestones, mapped to the overall project budget. Once the project is underway, you have access to a project software to easily track the milestones. We are also efficient with communication and work via Slack, Loom videos, Google docs and Figma design mockups. We follow the process that most fortune 100 design teams follow. Think Google, Apple and Meta.

That’s fine. Aside for project scoping, we offer Design As A Service where you can subscribe to a retainer model to access designers as needed. In this setup, you can pause your subscription when finished and return  when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
